Paul Dickens
Director
Educated at Exeter and Glasgow Universities, Paul has a BA Hons in Psychology and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management and sits on the Executive Board of ELCAP.
Paul has worked in business internationally at board level and is the author of two books, including the established academic text: "Quality and Excellence in Human Services", along with numerous articles for professional journals.

Guy Hughes
Director
Guy Hughes is a HR professional and joined FWB Consulting from Intense Photonics where he was the HR Director. Guy was part of the start up team of Intense which is a high profile private equity backed technology business. Before Intense Guy worked for BAE Systems as the Director of Human Resources for the 2700 strong Sensor Systems Division. Prior to BAE he held a variety of senior HR roles in British Aerospace.
Guy's particular interest is in Strategic HR and talent management.
Dr Simon Petrie
Consultant
Simon studied at both Aberdeen and Edinburgh Universities and has an MA (Hons) and D.ClinPsych. Before Joining FWBC, Simon previously worked as a psychologist in the NHS. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of innovative and accessible approaches to the use of psychology in helping bring the best out of people or teams. He is specifically interested in performance management and motivation, and also has an expertise in occupational stress having completed his doctoral thesis on this topic.

Alex Jaconelli
Consultant
Alex graduated with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Strathclyde University and has held senior HR roles in Scottish & Newcastle, BAA and the BBC. He has been working in the area of Employee Engagement since 1999 and has developed and delivered engagements strategies that link to the employee lifecycle and external brand perception in FMCG, retail, media and finance sectors. He is particularly interested in developing co-ordinated and integrated HR systems and metrics that allow organizations to manage and motivate their human capital.
Alex is currently contracted to work with a number of early stage companies to work on direct delivery as well as improving systems and developing tools that improve the probability of them reaching viable commercial outcomes.
